SHOP POLICY

ORDER POLICY

Customer should fill-up Order Form.  You will receive an order confirmation from us thru email once your order form has been successfully transmitted.  We will not entertained orders without submitting our Forms.  We will send Draft Layout Proof on your email based on schedule after we receive complete order details & down payment.   

 

We encourage our client to please submit your order 4 to 5 weeks prior the occasion, the earlier the better to avoid RUSH.

PRODUCTION LEAD TIME

Production lead time for your order to be designed and produced can vary. This will depend on how quickly you make decisions, communicate them with our design team, and how many revisions you want us to do will affect the “promise date of delivery”.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

As per shop policy, we require the payment first before we proceed with your order. The order is place under on Queue Status until we receive the copy of deposit slip/receipt as a proof of payment.

50% down payment is required before printing your order.  The remaining 50% should be settled 5 days before shipping the items ordered. 

 

Once payment has been settled, kindly send the copy of the receipt or any proof of payment thru our facebook inbox or thru this email address: dsnicoleonline@gmail.com.  This is to verify that you have already settled your bill.

 

*** This is important – After sending your Proof of Payment or Receipts - you should receive an acknowledgement from us that we received it.***

NOTE: Please keep the verified payment slip form until we have verified & CONFIRMED your payment.

Upon receipt of your payment, we will deliver your order on the agreed lead time.

APPROVAL PROCESS

A “watermarked” Draft Layout Proof will be emailed to the address you indicated in the order form for your approval. It can be revised (3) three times only after sending the 1st Draft Proof.  Any changes made in the design including text, spelling, images, color, fonts and other details are considered as revision. Information in the Draft Layout Proof should be carefully checked (i.e. dates, spelling, names & other details).  We suggest to please be specific with the details and information in the Proof Design to avoid many revisions. Further changes after the 3 revision will incur a P50 fee per change thereafter.

 

Revision instruction and Approval of Proofs should be done thru email for proper documentation. After all revisions are completed and after receipt of your approval, you will received FINAL LAYOUT for your FINAL APPROVAL prior the production.  Please check your final layout carefully. If a mistake is found after final approval and printing already commence, clients will be responsible for any extra printing costs.

PRINTING & PRODUCTION

Printing & assembly of your invitation set may take one or more days. This will depends on the size and scope of your order.

Prints Quality depends on the quality of your photo.

 

For Best Print Results. Please Submit

(1) Clear, Sharp and original copy of your photo (not yet edited),

(2) High Quality JPEG or TIFF Format Files

(3) Minimum Resolution of 300 dpi.

(4) Photo dimension of at least 1000 x 1500 pixels.

(5) Shots from 5 Megapixel or above Camera

 

Colors on printed items or finished products may look slightly different from the samples posted in our site because of the following reason:

  • Monitor screen resolution differs from one another. 

  • Paper Type, texture and variance also affected the print output.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping cost/fee will be shouldered by customer unless stated FREE shipping.  We can give rough estimate of the shipping cost based on Courier posted pricelist.  We can only calculate the actual shipping cost after the entire order is finished, packed and weighed. Any discrepancy from the shipping cost should be paid by the customer. 

 

For shipments within Philippines, we recommend LBC Express because they offer “Next day delivery” in some areas nationwide.  However, we also shipped via XEND Express or other courier available in our area but DSNicole Print Shop won’t be held responsible for your package once it has been shipped-out.  Any delay or damages/loss caused by the courier is beyond our control. If there is a delay in delivery, you can text us so we can help you track your package.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Client can still cancel order if it is in “IN PROCESS” status or at any time but amount of refund is subject to administrative costs and any work performed or materials purchased.

To cancel order, please email DSNicole Print Shop at shop.personalized.it@gmail.com.  We will send a reply email within 48 hours.

RETURN POLICY

The client is given two (2) days period from the date shipment received to request permission to return the item.  We will only accept return if DSNicole Print Shop shipped incorrect item.  A full refund for the price of the returned item will be issued to the customer.  All agreed refunds would be paid directly to the client depending on what method of payment was used to pay for the product.

 

DSNicole Print Shop shall not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Damages due to misuse, abuse or negligence on the part of the client and the courier.

  • Change of mind or second thoughts about the order.

  • Wrong product specification ordered.

  • Loss during shipping.

 

For return item, please email DSNicole Print Shop at shop.personalized.it@gmail.com. We will send a reply email within 48 hours and will provide the client with instructions on how to send the return item.

RUSH SERVICE

Typically, your invitation order is printed 3 to 4 weeks after your Final Approval. If you want us to prioritize your order, avail our Rush Service.  By availing this service your name will be listed on top of our Job Order List. However, an additional of P300.00 or 10% upcharge (whichever is higher) will be added to your total bill.  We may also collect additional shipping fee if we need to transfer or change courier to expedite shipping. At a minimum, allow 5 days from your final Layout Approval to produce and ship your order.

ADDITIONAL INFOS:

DSNicole Print Shop reserves the right to post order details, photos and layout design in all our websites before, during & after the project.  If you don’t want your details to be posted, please inform us before placing order.
